Find Us in Your Community
There are many ways to be part of Connections to Giving Back, whether you want to show up on the street with our outreach team, share a skill that helps us run better, or simply come find us in the community. Connections to Giving Back’s outreach is mobile and delivery-based, because we believe services should come to people, not the other way around. Across Buffalo and Western New York, we show up with harm reduction supplies, food, clothing, wound care, and most importantly, community.
Every Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 10AM to 7PM
Harm reduction supplies, naloxone, safer use equipment, wound care, hygiene products, snacks, and peer support, delivered to you. Call to arrange delivery or ask what we have available.

Volunteer With Us
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Connections to Giving Back. Whether you are on the street with us during outreach, helping write a grant, managing our social media, or supporting operations behind the scenes, every person who shows up makes our mission stronger.
You do not need experience in harm reduction. Just a genuine commitment to showing up with respect, an open mind, and care for the people we serve. We will walk you through everything else.
What Volunteers Do:
- Community street outreach: distributing supplies and building relationships
- Grant writing and fundraising support
